Cub Scouts
Cubs Scouts are boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 10½. The Cub Scout Badge Scheme aims to encourage Cubs to learn through doing. Activities are designed to keep children learning while having fun and taking responsibility.
Cub Scouts involve themselves in a wide range of activities. They can learn water-safety skills, orienteer and learn to read maps and compasses, perform team activities and meet individual challenges, go camping, learn about First Aid, play imaginative games, perform in plays and skits, learn practical skills like knots and construction, discover the environment and cook a variety of things.
